With the sponsorship of a commemorative match commemorating the 20th anniversary of Greece's surprising triumph at UEFA Euro 2004, Betano has extended its "Summer of Football" campaign.

A friendly match between the UEFA All Stars and the 2004 Greek National Team, dubbed "Legends 2004," was part of the event.

Football legends like Luís Figo, Sol Campbell, Claude Makélélé, and Clarence Seedorf were on display at the Stadion Essen match, alongside Greek football greats like Thodoris Zagorakis and Angelos Charisteas.

In the 15th minute, Stelios Giannakopoulos scored for the Legends 2004 to take an early lead. On the other hand, Figo and Luis Garcia scored in the second half to give the UEFA All Stars a 2-1 win.

Otto Rehhagel, the Essen native and mastermind behind Greece's 2004 victory, was honoured in the game.

Speaking about the occasion, Kostas Galanopoulos, the Sports Marketing Manager at Kaizen Gaming, made the following statement: "The victory of Greece in Euro 2004 was one of the most monumental moments in modern football history, and it is still celebrated to this day".
